ODD RADIO SPOT

Arthur C. Brooks is on the board of trustees of the American Enterprise Institute and has cut a radio spot which airs on KVOI that exhorts people not to take anything that hasn't been earned.  In the spot, he concentrates on on unhappy lottery winners often become but he never mentions raising the estate tax.  This little bloviation apparently comes from his WSJ op-ed in the same topic
