A number of big tech companies informally agreed to stop making cold calls to employees of other tech companies and that seems to violate anti-trust laws. There is a civil suit against these companies and some (Intuit, Pixar and Lucasfilm) are trying to settle out of court.
So much for the miracle of the free market as conceived by the neo-liberals & talk radio gasbags who insist that Adam Smith was wrong:
