IS CLIVEN'S IDEA ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION A RESULT OF PROTESTANTISM?

There are at least 1,000 Protestant sects in America so I don't pretend to write here about all of them but I do know that many insist the way to salvation is through a personal relationship with Jesus.  Perhaps Cliven and others think it's OK for them to have an eccentric interpretation of Federalism because it's personal?
