THE FOOD STAMP BAN ISN'T AS WIDESPREAD AS I THOUGHT

I noted below that Clinton & Gingrich combined to prohibit drug felons from getting food stamps unless a state specifically passed a law allowing them to get food stamps.  Think Progress finds that most states have waived or modified the ban, so I guess Americans aren't as heartless as most conservatives.
