Mike Huckabee has been hysterical about the contraception mandate in Obamacare but when he was governor of Arkansas in 2005, he didn't have any moral qualms about a similar mandate (see here & here):

(a) Every health benefit policy that is delivered, issued, executed,

or renewed in this state or approved for issuance or renewal in this state by

the Insurance Commissioner on or after the effective date of this subchapter
25
that provides coverage for prescription drugs on an outpatient basis shall
26
provide coverage for prescribed drugs or devices approved by the United
27
States Food and Drug Administration for use as a contraceptive.
