Back in late July, the House authorized Speaker Boehner to sue Pres. Obama over the implementation of Obamacare. As of this moment, no suit has been filed and the two law firms Boehner hired have quit the case.
Benghazi is still being investigated by the special committee headed by Rep. Trey Gowdy but hasn't found anything for the GOP Noise Machine to use. Meanwhile, Ahmed Abu Khattala, 43, has had 18 charges filed against him in Federal Court for his role in the Benghazi attack
