His op-ed lists some of the most glaring problems with GOP ideology and if you don't want to read the entire piece, here's my summary:

1) Their  economic theory has no explanation for the Great Recession so they tried to blame it entirely on the Federal government.

2) Their economic theory also incorrectly predicted runaway inflation because of QE and deficit spending.

3) They claimed that the ACA was and is a huge fail despite plenty of evidence that it is working.

4) They continue to assert as a matter of political dogma that there is no man-made global warming.
