GROWTH, TUCSON & A CONSERVATIVE MYTH

These are the total population numbers of Tucson from the US Census Bureau:

The local pro-growth crowd keeps stating not only does "growth pays for itself," it also creates greater average wealth but we simply don't see that in Tucson.
