GOOD NEWS/BAD NEWS
The good news is that global CO2 emissions in 2014 were the same as the emissions in 2013 despite the growth in the global economy. The bad news is that American electrical utilities are trying to make life more difficult for people who want to use rooftop solar panels on their homes.
