That's the impression I got from the Huckster's answer to this question from George Stephanopolous:

STEPHANOPOULOS: Doesn’t she [Kim Davis] have to the duty to obey a legal order from the court?

HUCKABEE: Well, you obey it if it’s right.

So we can all make this decision on any law or court order based on our own concept of "right."
