CONDI THE WAR CRIMINAL CHANNELS NIXON

You may recall that during his interview with David Frost, Richard Nixon claimed that "when the president does it that means that it is not illegal." During a Q&A at Stanford, Rice had this to say about torture:
"The United States was told, we were told, nothing that violates our obligations under the Convention Against Torture, and so by definition, if it was authorized by the president, it did not violate our obligations under the Convention Against Torture,"

Does mark Levin think this is sound legal reasoning?
