HOW DOES THE U.S. COMPARE ON TAXES?

I found the total government revenues as a percentage of GDP for the OECD countries for 2008 and we were near the bottom:
Japan 28.1
Australia 27.1
Korea 26.5
United States 26.1
Turkey 24.2
Chile 22.5
Mexico 21.0
