LOCAL RADIO TIDBITS

Although Tucson is a Democratic city, the local talk show stations are almost entirely devoted to wingnuttia. KNST, the station with the highest talk-show rating, has 83 hours of bile and lies per week. KVOI has much lower ratings but has a whopping 134 hours per week. KJLL only contributes 35 hours per week but does provide us with Glenn Beck. I am omitting Dr. Laura and a local wingnut computer show but the total is still amazing: 252 hours a week!
