ERIPOSTE at The Left Coaster seems to have caught one of Jim Click's favorite politicians in fraud & perjury. In brief, Kyl, Graham and Brownback submitted an amicus curiae brief to the Supreme Court that falsely claimed a conversation occurred on the Senate floor.
