FREDO VS. THE COOKS

The AP article about Fredo's appearance before the National Restaurant Association contained this nugget:

A man in a chef's uniform, complete with tall white hat, went to the microphone and thanked Bush "on behalf of all the cooks and chefs in our country" for creating jobs in the restaurant industry and "running the country the way a chef would run the country."

Acoording to the most recent numbers from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Fredo hasn't been all that good for the employment of chefs:
