Neil Boortz and Mark Steyn blamed the tragedy at VT on the victims.
Boortz:
"[w]hen the history of this event is written ... we will have 25 students standing meekly waiting for this guy to execute them"
Steyn:
" ...I think part of the problem is a general culture of passivity, which Virginia Tech exemplifies."
