THE WINGNUT TIMES IS BAD WITH NUMBERS

The Daily Howler points out a seemingly incredible error by the Washington Times in a article about the IPCC report on global warming. The report clearly stated that "very likely" means "more than 90 percent" but the WaTi reports instead:

"Very likely" according to the U.N. report, means "66-90 percent" likely which seems a far cry from certitude.

You can be sure that many wingnuts will be parroting this, even after their mistake is pointed out to them.
