ADDINGTON & THE CIA TAPES
The NY Times reports, "Bush Lawyers Discussed Fate of C.I.A.Tapes," that David S. Addington, then Cheney's counsel, took part in WH discussions about what to do with the CIA interrogation tapes. The Times notes that:
