Some people, not all of them wingnuts, think Hillary is "shrill," an epithet that I don't get. The standard I would use is Tammy Bruce, who definitely has a shrill voice. Sure, you can find an audio clip here and there where Hillary's voice is a little rough but that's because of all the talking she does.
