KUDLOW'S NO BETTER THAN CRAMER

In the NRO, Larry Kudlow writes:

Reduced marginal tax rates have stood the test of time. They are an effective economic stimulant, creating permanent incentives to work and invest and sufficient fire power to expand the economy’s long-run potential to grow.

As I noted below, Bush's own advisors say that the tax cuts didn't work and in particular didn't lead to more people working. If there was an increased incentive to invest at all, it led to the Housing Bubble.
