Not toiling is certainly a characteristic of some Republicans, from Freddie the Hutt to Jonah Goldberg but they sure do spin, which is a PC way of saying they lie. CBS has the video of Mittens claiming there were no lobbyists running his campaign and AP reporter Glen Johnson interjecting "“That’s not true, governor! That is not true. Ron Kaufman is a lobbyist.”
CBS says it was a "heated exchange," Big Lizard says "Before he could get another sentence out, an AP reporter leaps up and hysterically screams "that's not true!" and the wingnuts in general are not pleased. I wouldn't describe the exchange as heated and the AP reporter was neither hysterical nor screaming.
At the beginning of the clip, Romney starts to say "I don't have lobbyists that are tied to my..." but doesn't finish. THIS is where Johnson interjected and perhaps that was the statement he was objecting to initially.
Near the end of the clip, Erik Fehmstrom, Romney's Press Secretary, tells Johnson not to be argumentative with the candidate. Man, if Mittens can't deal with an AP reporter, how will he deal with Al Qaeda? (OK, cheap snark).
