Because Hayden is still wielding power, this is worse than Gen. Vallely's absurdities. When Gen. Michael Hayden was head of the NSA, he didn't know what the 4th Amendment stated. Now that he's head of the CIA, I hope he's brushed up on our Constitution. From Countdown, 1/25/06:
