TECHNICALLY, YES...
Obama is correct that McWAR would be an improvement on Pres. Fredo but that's only because McWAR does thinks man-made global warming is real. Otherwise, it's more of the same.

Have to side with Nader, who praised Carter's dialogue with Hamas etc. while Obama was criticising it. Doubt Nader will give McCain that much benefit of the doubt either.

I didn't catch that Obama criticized Carter. That strikes me as pandering.
