FRED KAGAN STILL IN DENIAL

The president of Iran can openly come to Baghdad and get the red carpet treatment while our high officials still have to sneak in unannounced. That doesn't matter to Fred Kagan because Iraq is going to get rid of all the crappy military equipment it purchased from former Warsaw Pact countries and buy American. According to Kagan, that proves Iraq is pro-West!
