AN IMPRESSIVE PLAN

I had to read this twice because I thought I might have missed a decimal point. From mail I got from the DNC asking for money:

• $2.5 million to identify and register 15 million new voters by Labor Day. Democratic turnout has been remarkable in the nomination race, but we need to register more voters to continue our momentum and sweep Republicans from the State House to the White House on Election Day.

Can this be done?
