"WE GET OFF ON WARFARE"

Rod Parsley is a right-wing "Christian" extremist who endorses McCain but except for David Corn, the press doesn't seem to care. I search Lexis-Nexis, U. S. Newspapers & Wires, last 3 months, for "McCain" and "Parsley" and came up with a total of 35 hits. Many of those were letters to the editor pointing out how radical Parsley is and complaining about how the press seems to have a double-standard when it comes to covering conservative extremists. Exluding a couple of duplicates, I found only 10 items that pointed out the McCain/Parsley connection:

The title of this post comes from a sermon delivered by Parsley and you can hear them near the end of this clip:

What I find interesting is how well Parsley fits in with the war whore neo-cons like Bill Bennett, Michael Ledeen, John Bolton, Norman Podhoretz and even a "mainstream" pundit, Thomas Friedman.
