Given the recent history of corruption in the GOP (Abramoff, Cunningham, Ney, etc.), why hasn't McCain's use of lobbyists gotten more press attention? Doesn't this undermine one of the supports of the McCain legend?
As I write, the AP, the LA Times, the WaPo and the NY Times have reported on this but it still doesn't seem to have gained traction with the American people.
