BAD NEWS
Greg Sargent at TPM finds that Sen. Obama will vote for the terrible FISA bill even if it contains telcom immunity. I guess our e-mails and phone calls didn't have much effect. Is it possible the Dems will be able to rip out the immunity? Would Obama vote to stop a filibuster if it isn't ripped out?
