WHO IS JILL STANNIC?

I looked for some background information on Jill Stannic, the former nurse who told Corsi and Hannity she held a living post-abort baby 45 minutes before it died without any care. I tried Lexis-Nexis, "Jill Stannic," all available dates, U.S. Newspapers & Wires, and found nothing. Using "transcripts" instead of "U. S. Newspapers & Wires," all I got was the Hannity & Colmes show of August 12th.

This woman claims to have testified before an Illnois Senate committee that Obama was on and claimed on Hannity's radio show that a transcript of her testimony was available on the Net. She also told Hannity that Obama had no reaction to her sad tale. I used Google to search and didn't find the transcript.
