PALIN: ... Now, Barack Obama had said that all we're doing in Afghanistan is air-raiding villages and killing civilians. And such a reckless, reckless comment and untrue comment, again, hurts our cause. ...
First, Obama DID NOT SAY that all we're doing is killing civilians in Afghanistan. Here are his actual remarks with context:
Asked whether he would move U.S. troops out of Iraq to better fight terrorism elsewhere, he brought up Afghanistan and said, "We've got to get the job done there and that requires us to have enough troops so that we're not just air-raiding villages and killing civilians, which is causing enormous pressure over there."
Second, Obama is completely correct about U.S. forces killing civilians in Afghanistan and even Defense Secretary Gates has apologized for our mistakes. In July alone, at least 78 civilians were killed in U.S. air strikes and in April, President Karzai warned that the killing of innocent civilians by American forces had to stop. Last summer, a senior British commander requested that U.S. Special Forces be prohibited from operating in his area because the air strikes they called in were killing far too many civilians and President Karzai issued another warning about the alarming number of civilian casualties.

Another guy who now at least privately must believe Brzezinski is another anti-semite.
