CATO, ANOTHER HIVE FOR FREE MARKET FAIRY WHORES

David Brock wrote that a researcher from CATO said that he would never publish any data that showed that a non-free market solution was working. (I can't recall which of the 2 books by Brock I read this in). CATO is supposedly a libertarian think tank but its really just another part of the Republican Noise Machine, as Matt Yglesias reminds us.
