MISSING THE POINT

Glenn notes that the Bush Administration was thinking seriously of ignoring the 1st and 4th Amendments and the Posse Comitatus Act. None of these wingnut blogs mention this: Macsmind, Gateway Pundit and Flopping Aces. Of course, these are the same folks who will bleat about supposed violations of the 10th Amendment by Pres. Obama and don't mind talking about secession.
