I caught a bit of Michael Medved's show today and he was a bit dismissive of the TEA Party movement. I think this is because the movement isn't explicitly Republican and that it has the potential to hurt the GOP in upcoming elections.

I'm not sure how much control Limbaugh and Hannity have over the ads that air on their shows, but lawyers who want to represent mesothelomia victims have recently advertised on both shows.
