DID MARK LEVIN VIOLATE FEC RULES?

During his 1/14/10 show, beginning at the 78:52 mark, he urges his listeners to contribute to Scott Brown's campaign for the U.S. Senate in Massachusetts. He also put a link to Brown's campaign site on his web site:

I think this is a violation of FEC rules and I think I'll put in a complaint.

A few years ago, I tried to file a complaint about Hannity but it was never accepted because I never found a notary public who had a stamp with the exact wording the FEC then required. Now that restriction is gone:
Be signed, sworn to and notarized. This means that the notary public's certificate must say "...signed and sworn to before me...," or words that connote the complaint was affirmed by the complainant, (such as “under penalty of perjury”).
