THE GOP CAN'T STOP LYING

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R) said today that the GOP isn't purposely trying to obstruct Democratic proposals but that's exactly what Sen. Arlen Specter (R, then D) said the GOP planned to do when Pres. Obama took office.
