GLENN BECK HAS A NEW "FRIEND"

In his e-mail newsletter, he recommends this article by Jonah Goldberg on the question of what kind of socialist Pres. Obama is. Goldberg seems to come down on the "soft tyranny" side of the question while maintaining, as Beck does, that Progressivism is a form of socialism. Goldberg uses "social democracy," a term favored by Hayek to describe non-totalitarian socialism. Goldberg conveniently omits to tell us of Hayek's approval of government intervention in the health care system.
