RADIO GASBAGS VS. RUBIO AND JEB BUSH

So far today, Hannity and Limbaugh have supported Arizona's new immigration law but one major GOP star (Rubio) and one former GOP star (Jeb Bush) have spoken out against it. Both Rubio and Bush have tried to make the GOP friendly to Hispanics but the radio gasbags just want to maintain their ratings with the rubes.

It is claimed first generation Mexican-Americans are fairly hard-line vs illegals. In your opinion,
if polled, what % of those in Ariz. would support the bill? Perhaps such a poll has been done?

A recent Rasmussen survey of likely Arizona voters found 70 percent support the new law.

It doesn't matter how many support the bill. It matters to many on the right how much the state is going to be liable for all the suits.

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough.
What percentage of Mexican-American first generation Arizonans
do you estimate support the law?

My extemporaneous assertion is that if 40% or more of them would go along, it is probably not objectionable from a right or left populist (not progressive,) perspective. Not that that's the only qualifier, or disqualifier.
