SO, WHAT'S THE MATTER WITH THE POST OFFICE?

Wingnuts love to claim that the US Postal Service is a disaster and then go from there to argue against government intervention in general. This doesn't seem to reflect the feeling of many Americans, according to this Pew Research poll:
As was the case 13 years ago, the Postal Service receives the highest favorable ratings of the agencies included in the survey: 83% now have a favorable opinion of the Postal Service, compared with 89% in October 1997.
