A PERSONAL NOTE

Eric Fuller, a Giffords supporter, was at the Safeway last Saturday and was wounded by the assassin Jared Loughner.  He spoke with Democracy Now and according to POLITICO said this:

“This woman is a spotless, purest, sweetest lamb in the world, gunned down … The only word I could think of is outraged.”

I have canvassed for Giffords and Grijalva in 2006, 2008 and 2010 and I would describe myself as a liberal. I apoke with Giffords for a minute or so when she came to canvassing headquarters and thanked us for our hard work. She also struck me as a very sweet person.
