Andrew Halcro at the Anchorage Press reviews Sarah Palin's record for those of us (like me) who haven't been keeping track for a while. I remebered that Palin cancelled a lease Exxon had but I never followed up:
However, court records show that Palin's petty pursuit of Exxon did little more than attempt to violate their right to due process. Last year, in a decision on Exxon's lease termination, Judge Sharon Gleason wrote, "because DNR failed to accord the Appellants their constitutional right to procedural due process in the remand proceeding, DNR's decision is reversed."
