POLITICO reports that Sec. Panneta warned that sequestration of funds could "could very well threaten the very programs critical to our national security, both defense and domestic."
OK, just exactly what are those programs?

Wasn't Panetta billed as a moderate on these matters, one who was going to rein in the wars and the Pentagon and the droning tendency? Yeah right.
