POLITIFACT DOESN'T GET ALL THE FACTS

Despite quoting Pres. Obama on the Star Wars system that Bush had planned to install in Eastern Europe:

"I want to make sure it works, which is actually one of the problems we've got."

POLITIFACT didn't bother to give any background on these problems.
