She concludes her piece about "Flash Boys" with an excellent summation:
The entire financial industry has become a gigantic con. The public outrage over high-frequency trading is a welcome development, but let’s hope it doesn’t stop there.
Despite the publication in 1989 of Liar's Poker followed by "The Greatest Bank Robbery Ever" in 1990, most Americans don't seem to care that the banksters and their enablers are fundamentally corrupt.
