ANOTHER TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE IN IRAQ

This isn't as bad as the Haditha murderers getting away with their crimes but it doe show the callous disregard the Bush regime has for even the rudiments of justice. Bilal Hussein is an AP photographer who has been held for 19 months on bogus charges. Tom Curley, the head of the AP, writes in the WaPo that our military will try him for being a terrorist but will not release any of the details, even to Hussein's lawyer,Paul Gardephe. In fact, they won't even tell Gardephe when the trial will start until the morning it's supposed to.
