Sure, but the Chrsitian anti-semitism work ignores the innate features of Judaism which sparked hostility.
BHy the way, there was no such term as anti-semitism until the late 1800s...this would have been called "anti-Judaism" and the features of Judaism would have been called anti-Christian.
