No Opponent
The Pima County Republican Party's failure to recruit a candidate against Steve Kozachik creates a bit of a problem for the party. In order to spend money on "slate" pieces to promote their candidates, it needed three candidates.

TUCSON POLITICS AND RADIO
Steve Kozachik represents Ward 6 on the City Council and ever since he switched from GOP to Dem, the local radio wingnuts have been attacking him weekly if not daily. IF the local gasbags were effective, then we would expect Kozachik to have a GOP challenger in the upcoming election but that's not happening:
